Terms of Use
Last updated: October 3, 2026

A. Agreement
By downloading or playing the game you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not play. These terms sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where they conflict on something Apple's terms require, Apple's terms win.
B. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your country sets a higher age for using an app like this without a parent). If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, and should approve any purchase.
C. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows that whatever these terms say.
D. Purchases and virtual items
- The game is free to download. You can buy optional items with real money through Apple: Brass (the game's premium currency), the Starter Crate, the Foreman's Pass and the Shed Membership. Apple processes the payment and sets the price in your currency.
- Brass, in-game money, tools, plans, machines, boosts, themes and other virtual items are a limited licence to use content in the game. They are not real money or property, have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Some purchases are used up when you spend them (Brass and boosts). Others are permanent on your Apple Account (the Starter Crate's Golden Pitchfork and the Foreman's Pass) and can be brought back with Restore purchases in Settings. Brass that was spent, and in-game money, are not restored by a restore.
- All sales are final except as required by law or by Apple's policies. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, we may remove what it gave.
- We may change prices, rewards and what is offered in the game. We will not take away a permanent item you paid for, except as these terms allow (for example after a refund, or when the game ends under section I).
- Money never buys a needle. Purchases make the game faster or more comfortable, or change how it looks.
E. The membership
The Shed Membership is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Its benefits are listed in the game's Market before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically every month at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings (iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions), or from Manage subscription in the game's Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the benefits until the paid period ends.
- If a free trial or introductory price is ever offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- If we change the price, Apple will tell you before it applies and, where required, ask you to agree.
F. Rewarded ads
The game shows ads only when you choose to watch one, for a reward shown on the button. Rewards are given when the ad provider confirms the ad was watched; if an ad fails or is closed early, there may be no reward. Daily limits apply. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and its partners, and we are not responsible for their content, though we try to block anything inappropriate.
G. Fair play
Play the game as it is meant to be played. You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, scripts, modified clients, or tools that change the game's memory, save, clock or network traffic;
- exploit bugs to gain items, Brass or leaderboard positions (please report them instead);
- interfere with purchases, ad rewards or the services the game relies on, or try to get paid items without paying;
- use the game to break the law or anyone's rights.
If you do, we may reset your progress, remove scores from leaderboards, or remove items that were obtained this way.
H. Our property
The game, its code, art, models, sounds, music, text, names and logos belong to Jazz Games or its licensors and are protected by law. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
I. Changes and availability
We keep working on the game. We may add, change or remove features, content, balance and offers, and we may update these terms. If a change to these terms is significant, we will tell you in the game or on this page before it takes effect; playing after that means you accept it. We may stop offering the game. If we end it for good, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice in the game, and where the law requires it we will refund unused paid items. The game may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a service it relies on is down.
J. Third-party services
The game relies on Apple (App Store, iCloud, Game Center), Google (AdMob, Firebase), RevenueCat and Meta. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, though we choose them carefully.
K. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress, scores or items will never be lost (please let the iCloud backup run, and use Restore purchases on a new phone). Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
L. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Jazz Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost progress or virtual items, arising from the game. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if that is more. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.
M. Ending
You can stop playing at any time and delete the game; see the Privacy Policy for deleting your data. Cancel a membership separately in your App Store settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections D (on the nature of virtual items), H, K, L and N survive the end of this agreement.
N. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Jazz Games has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there (in Turkey, for example, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts). If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Please write to us first: most problems can be solved by email.
O. Apple
These terms are between you and Jazz Games, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claim about it (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If the game fails to meet a warranty that applies by law, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
